Happy Groundhog Day!

If you live in a northern country this is worth celebrating. We are at the halfway point of winter.
The days even seem a little longer.

It is a little silliness in the middle of winter.
It is freezing cold here right now. If a furry rodent can take my mind off of the actual weather, I am okay with that.
On a practical level, this is the mid point of winter and the birds are aware of it. They will be thinking of nesting soon enough.
Winter does have an end point and we can almost see it.
