The rewards of a wildlife garden.
#1
A wildlife garden was rewarded by the presence of a nesting Woodcock. Not only did they get to see the bird, they got to see her on her nest. Then they saw her with her new chicks.

When we let nature come back we see so many wonderful things.
Most people have never seen a Woodcock. Seeing one hatch eggs and raise young is a real reward for just letting the land exist in a way that allows her to lay eggs and hatch them. If we give back to nature, nature will give back to us.
