K9 cop finds missing senior

When a man in his 70s went missing in southern Ontario the police K9 unit was called out. Rudy, a 4 year old German Shepherd wanted to search a ravine so his handler trusted his dog. Sure enough they found the man at the bottom of the ravine. He had fallen and was stuck there for hours. Thanks to Rudy, he was rescued and is now safe.

Good for Rudy. His nose and his instincts were right. They were also in time. It is cold enough that lying outside on the ground could have been dangerous if it had gone on much longer. Once again a dog comes to our rescue.
