Injured kangaroo safely rescued

A person out walking spotted a young kangaroo in an open garage. She called Wildlife Victoria and a rescue group soon arrived.
They kangaroo was safely sedated and happily his injuries were minor. He is doing well and has been returned to his wild kangaroo family.

I am glad someone reacted quickly so the kangaroo could be taken care of and of course returned to the wild. 
Calling in the professionals was exactly the right thing to do. It is always good to hear about a happy ending.
