We report on how airlines fail in their treatment of travelling animals.
We definitely should say something when they get it right.
A woman on a plane at an airport in Australia looked out the window and saw airport workers with her dog crate. They were speaking to her dog and reassuring her as they put her crate on the plane. The dog was scared and had never flown before, but the workers let her know everything was okay.

This is the kind of news that we need to hear. People working with animals treat them well and are kind and caring.
I am hoping that this is what happens most of the time and we just don't hear about it.
