I do know a cat who has a water fountain and he would love the cactus fountain. Lots of cats like the raised food dishes. 
What cat wouldn't love a Catio. If you are going to live with a cat you may as well make life more interesting and fun. Some of the toys do look like fun even for the human playing with the cat.
