We wanted to see changes at Marineland so this is a good thing, right?
When they reopen there will be no more rides, no more restaurant and no more aquarium and land animal exhibits.
What it will have is a lower admission price, a splash pad and picnic area and the Friendship cove with the Beluga whales.

Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't it the Beluga Whales that were were objecting to. I don't remember anyone protesting against the rides or the restaurants. Very specifically the Belugas have been an issue because so many of them have died. Their set up is not suitable for them.
They have made some noticeable changes, but they have kept the one thing that was enough to get them closed in the first place.
I guess we still have to keep protesting. Not everyone loves Marineland.
