Police Dog Fergie was being walked off leash near Loch Ness when a deer ran by and she ran after it.
It took a day of searching an a number of sightings, but she was found not far from where she was lost.
Her handler is very glad to have her safely returned.

Even a well trained police dog can get distracted. A running deer would be too much to resist. I am glad they got Fergie back after her little adventure.
No one likes to think of a dog out there lost unsure of where to go.
