Here is proof that love and a little TLC can fix anything. It is not just the bodies that are healed. When you look at the faces, especially the eyes, you can see a real change has taken place inside the dogs. They are happy and full of hope. That is the beauty of rescuing. You bring hope to an animal that has given up on life.
