Will My French Bulldog Get Along with a Sphynx Kitten?

Hi again,

I have a French Bulldog at home, and my son has been asking for a Sphynx cat for a while now. We’re considering adopting a Sphynx kitten, but I’m a bit concerned about how my Frenchie will react.

Does anyone here have experience with introducing a French Bulldog to a Sphynx cat? How do they typically get along? Any tips on making the introduction as smooth as possible would be really appreciated!

The French Bulldogs I have known usually have lots of energy. I wonder if your dog would be interested in a play companion. Cats are very playful. 
I would introduce them when things are very calm and peaceful. Bring in new toys for the cat and let the dog keep his things private until he wants to share.
You don't want to make the dog feel jealous or resentful. You want the dog to see the cat as a positive thing in his life. So the dog needs lot of attention an treats as you are introducing them.

The cat probably needs to wear sweaters to keep warm. You could handle a cat sweater enough that the cat would have your scent.
I think it could work out. Lots of dogs and cats live together and are real company for each other. Let me know how it goes.
