Crowd sourcing to fund dog's surgery

The Regina Humane Society has a rescue dog that needs a complex surgery. They did an unusual thing. The "crowd sourced" it. The money came in faster and more than expected. Bear can have his surgery and so can other needy animals. I guess this crowd sourcing idea is a good thing.

When people know of a need they want to help. If enough people give a little it really works.
