My Strength Is My Compassion
#1
This is quite wonderful.

I've long admired Patrik. Such a wonderful advertisement for the vegan cause.
He has helped silence so many jibes about veganism.
And when he broke that world record ...

This is the first time I've heard him in his own words, and if I liked him before ...

A truly remarkable man.

Interesting that the strongest man is actually a gentle soul. He clearly feels no need to be aggressive and show off his strength.

Interesting also that he is vegan. There is a lesson here.

Yet more proof that it is perfectly possible to be fit and strong on a vegan diet. An amazing man with a gentle soul.

He is an example of what real strength is like. I am sure he has inspired many people to give up meat.

He is more than just healthy. He is incredibly strong. I think my limit is one sack of potatoes.
