This story is horrific. It has overtones of things that used to happen in the Nazi regime.

From other stories on the Facebook page, it seems there are a lot of trigger-happy dog murderers around in the U.S. police force. Clearly the criteria are not strict enough to define what is a dangerous dog in attack mode...or to eliminate those officers who obviously have psychotic tendencies.
I hope they throw the book at this so-called 'officer of the law' and all those like him.
