Bee hives getting flooded is a problem. Sometimes it is a very big problem that can leave an area without sufficient pollinators.
Water rises fast sometimes and bee keepers would be unable to respond. Konrad Borowski invented something he calls Beekon.
It is a buoyant platform that raises the hive if there is rising water.
