I guess I will go have a look at the survey. I know a little about goats and after reading these posts I am curious.

Funny thing, while I do raise goats, I must say not a fan of goat cheese. I had it once and maybe it was not the best quality, but it kept reminding me of my bucks "musky scent" which I don't find terriby appetizing. Maybe I should try some again and get a high quality cheese. I see they use it a lot in cooking shows on t.v.
Also, believe it or not, I have never had goat milk! I do know though it is full of nutritious goodies.
